we offer worldwide shipping. If for any reason we are unable to ship goods to your location, a customer service agent from customer@cocolilinewyork.com will contact you via email.
2、Shipping options
We do our best to offer the most cost-effective shipping options for your destination. More shipping carrier and services is constantly adding to our site.
3、Shipping time
Once your order is placed, your order gets processed within 24 hours, fulfilled and is then given to the shipping carrier within 48 hours. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are still fulfilled, but longer waiting may occur.
Customized orders may take up to 3-weeks production time before shipping.
Personalized orders’ shipping is overseen by your personalization agent, please contact your agent for details.
4、Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
We apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier if your tracking is not updating. In some cases, it may take the carrier takes 1 to 3 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all several business days after receiving the tracking number, please email us at customer@cocolilinewyork.com with your order number and we’ll be glad to assist you with the tracking.
5、Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correctly entered. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at customer@cocolilinewyork.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6、Returns:
By placing an order on our store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our store. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.
7、Lost/Stolen Packages:
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
